Troy Kinch

Mr. Kinch, Manager of Business Operations, brings over 15 years of expertise in analytical reporting, business systems, and project accounting to the company. He has worked at renowned firms such as Jacobs Engineering and Worley working with Project Managers along with Directors to manage project financials and business reporting for influential leaders in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Kinch graduated from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) with a Business Administration Accounting and Finance Diploma. He leads business operations focusing on streamlining processes, inventory management, supply chain, forecasting, budgeting, business reporting and system implementations to drive growth. Mr. Kinch values the close-knit team culture including direct leadership interaction within the company. Mr. Kinch is committed to the team’s success as well as tackling challenges with enthusiasm along with adaptability.

Mr. Kinch enjoys staying busy outside of work by spending time with his family, playing hockey as well as cheering for the Oilers, and exploring new cultures having travelled to over 30 countries.
