Mr. Arsenault is currently President & Chief Executive Officer, following a period as Chief Operating Officer from 2021 to July of 2023. Mr. Arsenault’s vision for the company is to continue its growth trajectory in a fiscally responsible, environmentally sustainable, and safe manner with the goal of increasing domestic market share for Canadian Silica Sand Industry.

Mr. Arsenault continues to be passionate about mentoring the next group of leaders. A core belief for Mr. Arsenault is great leaders are those who demonstrate a commitment to continued learning, dedication, hard work and compassion and that opportunities for responsibility are earned.
Mr. Arsenault has extensive experience in Finance, Audit, Internal Controls, Labour Relations, Commercial Contracts, Acquisition Integration & Client relationships having worked on and supported several large scale Heavy Industrial Construction, Mining, Maintenance and Turnaround projects across Canada.

Mr. Arsenault was previously with Jacobs Engineering for a period of 27 years beginning with a company acquired by Jacobs Engineering in 2001, Delta Catalytic, a McDermott company. Through his tenure Mr. Arsenault held various roles of increasing responsibility relocating from New Brunswick to Edmonton, Alberta in 2004 to assume the role of Field Accounting Manager of Field Services for the Canadian Operations. He then moved into the role of Accounting Manager for Canada Field Services with additional U.S. responsibilities acting as the bridge between Finance and Senior Operations Management. Mr. Arsenault credits his time and leaders at Jacobs Engineering for the extensive mentorship received during his tenure with the company.

The Field Services division of Jacobs Engineering was acquired by Worley in 2019 where Mr. Arsenault held the position of Location Finance Director until 2021.

Mr. Arsenault began his career in Blue Collar roles in his home province of New Brunswick working in the Pulp & Paper, Power and Refining Industries.
Personally, Mr. Arsenault enjoys spending time with his wife who has supported him for well over 30 years, his two daughters, his love of dogs and is a hard-core Boston Bruins and overall Boston sports teams’ fan.
