Mr. Roach is a seasoned occupational health and safety professional with over 17 years of experience across diverse industries, including oil and gas, utilities, construction, mining, and industrial projects. Holding certifications as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO), he has demonstrated expertise in developing and managing safety programs, conducting audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Previous experience with overseeing safety management systems and transportation compliance across Canada and the United States. His leadership extends to training development, incident analysis, claims management, and fostering a strong safety culture within organizations.

Throughout his career, Jason has held key safety roles where he has spearheaded safety initiatives, managed compliance audits, and implemented effective training programs.
